Ms. Behné is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Immigration Law Section. She is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and all Immigration Offices in the United States.
A graduate of Southwestern University School of Law in 1995, Ms. Behné was the Staff Editor of Law Review while in Law School, where she was published. She also was the recipient of several awards, including American Jurisprudence Awards.
Ms. Behné has successfully handled several high profile cases and has appeared on Court TV in defense of immigrant rights. She was also the lead attorney in a federal litigation case that prompted former President Bill Clinton to sign a Bill that changed the citizenship requirements for disabled immigrants.
